So, 9/11 took place in New York on September 11th, 2001, at 8:46 through 10:28. The first plane hit the middle of the Twin Towers, and the second plane hit the side, of the Twin Towers. When the first plane hit, some people thought that it was an accident, but the second time a plane hit the Twin Towers, people knew that it wasn't an accident, and that something was going on. There was a lot of smoke, and flames. And 2,997 people died, from this attack. And 265 people died from being in the planes. And 343 FireFighters died on 9/11. And about 6,000 other people in the Towers, got badly injured. (Including FireFighters.)
